Maximize your Returns with the Latest Automatic Investor Service Pack

Automatic Investor 3.0 Service Pack 7 is the current version. To install this Service Pack, Download it here and follow the onscreen instructions.

To see which Service Pack you currently have installed, select About Automatic Investor from the Help menu.

You do not have to re-register your copy of Automatic Investor to use this Service Pack.

How to Upgrade from Automatic Investor 2.0 to Automatic Investor 3.0

1. Make a backup copy of your current portfolio database file (it's called ai21.mdb and is located in the folder where you previously installed Automatic Investor 2.0)

2. Download and install Automatic Investor 3.0 into a DIFFERENT folder than the one where Automatic Investor 2.0 is currently installed. Note that by default, version 3.0 will be installed into a different folder.
WARNING: Do NOT start Automatic Investor 3.0 until you've completed step 3.

3. Copy your ai21.mdb file (that you backed up in step 1) into the folder where you just installed Automatic Investor 3.0. There should now be two database files in this folder (ai21.mdb and aidb.mdb). Use Windows Explorer to ensure that these two files exist.

4. Start Automatic Investor 3.0. You'll be asked whether you want to upgrade your database for use with Automatic Investor 3.0. Click YES.

5. When the database upgrade completes, you'll see a message telling you to restart Automatic Investor. If you receive a message telling you the database upgrade failed, please contact us.

6. Purchase your upgrade and then Register. You'll receive a new unlock code that will fully register your copy of Automatic Investor 3.0. Note that your existing Automatic Investor 2.0 unlock code WILL NOT work with Automatic Investor 3.0.

7. Ensure you read the User's Guide. There are powerful enhancements in Automatic Investor 3.0 and the user's guide explains, in detail, how to take advantage of all the new benefits.
